We accept cash payments from bank accounts and Visa, MasterCard and EFTPOS debit/credit cards. Please note that if your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, then a cancellation fee may be charged. To avoid this fee, please ensure that you call us at least one day before your scheduled appointment so we can rearrange it for another suitable date and time if necessary. 

Medicare Rebate?

Medicare Rebate is applicable to most consultations. We offer an online claiming service, where your Bank Account will be transmitted to Medicare and your rebate credited into your bank account on the same day. Please inquire at reception.

Yes! We are a private billing clinic with bulk billing options at the doctors desecration for Medicare-eligible patients in Australia; however, please note that bulk billing is only available on weekdays between 8 am - 4 pm. Outside of these times it may be necessary to pay the standard private doctor consultation fee up front and then claim back the amount from Medicare afterwards. Our team will be able to give more information on this when you book your appointment with us.
