Fees are payable on the day of the consultation. You may make this payments via EFTPOS, Credit Card or Cash. Please note that if your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, then a cancellation fee may be charged. To avoid this fee, please ensure that you call us at least one day before your scheduled appointment so we can rearrange it for another suitable date and time if necessary. 

Medicare Rebate?

Medicare rebates are applicable to most consultations and the rebate can be refunded to your card if you use a valid EFTPOS method for payment. We offer an online claiming service, where your Bank Account will be transmitted to Medicare and your rebate credited into your bank account on the same day. Please inquire at reception.

Yes! We are a private billing clinic with bulk billing options for Medicare card holders who are under 16. Some patients may be bulk billed at the doctors desecration.Our team will be able to give more information on this when you book your appointment with us.
